Some of the information on your portal is automatically shared with your team members, and some information is private to you. Groups and Report templates are automatically shared with your colleagues, but analyses and the data associated with them are private to each user until sharing is activated.

You probably have a few sites that you work with regularly; these could include a portfolio that you own/manage, new development opportunities that you’re under contract for, or acquisitions that are under review. Groups give you the ability to save these locations, and any location for that matter, inside of VisionLTC.
You need to set-up Groups to get maximum value from VisionLTC. They are reference in virtually every module in the platform: Analyses, Explorer, Labor, Marketing and more.
