Generate a List of Nationwide Supply Properties

In this article, we'll cover how to generate a list of nationwide supply properties, using a Nationwide Evaluation analysis in conjunction with a Competition Report Task, with NIC MAP Vision.

To start, use the Nationwide Evaluation analysis type in the Analysis Wizard. On Step 2, make sure to choose "State" as the Extent Type. You can proceed with the default settings in Steps 3 through 7.

Once you have processed the Nationwide Evaluation, you can use the Competition Report Task. On the report page, make sure to choose the analysis you just completed as your source analysis, and then click the blue button near the bottom to create your report.

As your report was nationwide (from all 50 states), it will include a nationwide inventory, even outside the 140 metros. You can filter for Brookdale communities in the Operator column (column V), as well as check out the hundred-plus property attributes available on properties nationwide.
