Before you begin constructing portfolios within the Portfolios module, you must first create and save your facility's comp sets. Read this article for more information on the comp set creation process.

Once your comp sets are created, navigate to "Portfolios" on the left sidebar and click "New Portfolio" button in the bottom right corner of the left window.

The next step in the Portfolios creation process is to give your portfolio a name in the top of the left sidebar. Next, click the check box beside any facility you would like to add to the portfolio. Only facilities that are included in your Actual Rates contribution or facilities that are shared with your account through operating partners will populate on this screen.

Click the small black arrow beside the facility name to view details of the facility's current comp set settings.

Click "Create portfolio" to save your portfolio and return to the Portfolios home screen.

To edit or delete a portfolio, click the ellipsis button at the top right of that portfolio in the home screen.
