Step 1: Get started with Financing Requests

Begin sourcing your financing by uploading a few key documents that will enable us to create a financing teaser for you. Which documents we request will depend on whether you need financing for an existing facility or financing for a construction project.
Step 2: Teaser Creation
Once your documents have been uploaded, our team will create a compelling, anonymous teaser for your deal. The teaser highlights the strengths and competitiveness of your deal so that we can generate interest among lenders.
Step 3: Teaser Review & Feedback
After we’ve drafted the teaser, we will submit it to you for review. At this stage, you can request edits – we want to ensure you are comfortable with the information that will be presented to lenders.
Step 4: Lender Recruitment
Once you approve the teaser, we’ll use it to identify suitable lenders for your deal. Our network includes a wide range of senior housing lenders, which helps you secure the best possible financing option. You will also have the option to include or exclude any lenders from our outreach.
Step 5: Document Exchange
As lenders are reviewing your deal, you can start uploading the underwriting documents that will be distributed to interested lenders. You can set files as either private or shareable to lenders, allowing you to collect documents before making them visible.
Step 6: Deal Review & Lender Selection
After uploading your underwriting documents, we’ll invite interested lenders to review your Financing Request. We will also request term sheets and review them with you.
Once you select a term sheet, we will notify the chosen lender so that they can begin underwriting. Because you will have previously uploaded documents, the lender will already have many of the documents that they need.
Step 7: Final Steps:
Throughout this process, our team will be available to assist and guide you. From initial submission through loan closing, our goal is to make your financing experience seamless and successful.
