The Employee Turnover Analysis Skill generates a summary of precise, market-aligned compensation insights for strategic staff retention and financial planning.
To use this Skill, you must have an active employee roster available in excel format to upload to the Skills module. The dataset must be uniform in nature, meaning that the fields and data throughout are consistent. Each piece of data must have a corresponding column name. At a minimum, the dataset must include the following fields:
Job title
Pay rate (can be hourly wage or annual salary)
To run this Skill:
Click "Continue" to acknowledge that you understand the upload requirements of the Skill.
Upload an employee roster via the upload window.
Click "Continue" to confirm the file description. In this window, you can add additional custom detail for the specific community or file type, if desired.
Begin typing the community name, then select the community from the populated drop-down.
Input Needed: AI Skills will take a few moments to analyze the dataset and will return a list of fields included in the file and the assumed definitions for those fields. Read through the fields and adjust any definitions to ensure that your file can be interpreted correctly.
5. Once you are satisfied with the dataset field definitions, click "Continue".
6. The analysis of your dataset will likely take several minutes. You can navigate away from the page while AI Skills analyzes your dataset.
7. Click "Download" to export the analysis to a word file.
