The Activities Calendar Creator Skill provides a detailed output a fully prepared, highly customizable activity calendar for a specific community. Within minimal inputs about interests and specified budgets, this skill creates a detailed schedule and materials list.
Please note that the skill can create an activity calendar for a maximum of one (1) week of daily activities.
Specifically, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Care level of the facility
The budget of the Activities
Daily Activity Count
Start and End Date for the Activity Calendar
OPTIONAL: Resident interests
OPTIONAL: Any Holiday themes YES/NO?
OPTIONAL: Upload your community's 'Insight Report' (.pdf, .docx)
To run this Skill:
Click "Continue" to acknowledge that you understand the upload requirements of the Skill.
Enter the care level(s) of the community in the input box.
Enter your budget in USD ($) for the week (or less) of activities.
Select the desired number of activities per day (between 1 and 4) from the drop-down.
Select the start and end date of the calendar from the interactive calendar options.
Enter any details pertaining to your residents' unique interests, location, or time of year.
Choose "Yes" or "No" to if you would like to include national holiday-related activities in your calendar.
If you are a Resident Insight subscriber, upload a NIC MAP Vision Resident Insight Report for the specified community to tailor the interests to your residents' mosaic psychographic profiles. Choose "Skip" if this step is not applicable to you.
9. AI Skills will produce your custom activities calendar. The calendar will include a grid of activity details and a comprehensive, detailed plan for all activities that require preparation or materials gathering.
10. Click "Download" to export the analysis to a word file or excel workbook.
