The Data Analysis Skill generates a detailed analysis of any chosen excel dataset uploaded to the platform. Once the dataset has been ingested, you can ask questions about the make-up of the dataset, ask AI Skills to perform calculations on the dataset, and rapidly gather insights about the dataset. No information about your uploaded dataset is saved once the AI Skill has been performed.

To use this Skill, you must have a dataset available in excel format to upload to the Skills module. The dataset must be uniform in nature, meaning that the fields and data throughout are consistent. Each piece of data must have a corresponding column name.

To run this Skill:

  1. Click "Continue" to acknowledge that you understand the upload requirements of the Skill.

  2. Upload your chosen excel dataset.

  3. Enter a description of the uploaded dataset. This description can be short or long. A longer description with additional details will assist the system with better defining the fields in the dataset.

Input Needed: AI Skills will take a few moments to analyze the dataset and will return a list of fields included in the file and the assumed definitions for those fields. Read through the fields and adjust any definitions to ensure that your file can be interpreted correctly.

4. Once you are satisfied with the dataset field definitions, click "Continue".

5. The analysis of your dataset will likely take several minutes. You can navigate away from the page while AI Skills analyzes your dataset.

6. Once the dataset has been ingested, ask any question about the composition or logic of the data by typing in your question and clicking "Continue." Once the answer has been produced, you can continue to ask as many questions as you desire by typing your new question and clicking "Continue."
