NIC MAP Vision has partnered with Trepp to streamline access to the vital CMBS financial data set across the senior housing industry. If a facility has a publicly backed loan, we can pull in basic financial information as well as financial statements for the past few years. Trepp collects and maintains standardized loan, deal, and property-level financial data as part of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) disclosure process. This data set is essential for seniors housing stakeholders, bringing the seniors housing industry up to speed with other real estate verticals, such as commercial and multifamily real estate.

Trepp financial data, which is updated on a monthly basis, is found within the Site Detail report and available via upgrade to all Market Insight subscribers. In the Financial tab of the Site Detail report, you will be able to identify all facilities that offer financial data within the selected market area. Clicking a facility on the left pane will display the facility's loan details and financials. The financial data is not exportable unless you upgrade your subscription to include the Trepp Export Task.

What’s Included?

  • Original loan amounts

  • Current loan balances

  • Interest rates

  • Origination data

  • Originator (lender)

  • Loan-to-Value

  • Other fundamental loan and property financial information

Trepp Data- Export

The Trepp data export is available to all Trepp subscribers at an additional upgrade. With the upgrade, users have the ability to export the CMBS Building Financial Data from Trepp in the NIC MAP Vision platform. To access this functionality, select Utilities > Tasks > Trepp Data Report. Once you're on the Trepp Data Export Task home screen, enter a descriptive 'Name' for the task and choose an analysis to specify the destination for exporting the financial data. Please note- the export is limited to analyses with 100 sites or fewer.
