Introduction
At NIC MAP Vision, we specialize in providing market analytics to the senior housing industry in the US. For most all demographic metrics, there are two vintages: CY (Current Year) and FY (Five Year), but for a subset of population metrics you can also request the below historical vintages.
What are the metrics we have?
NIC MAP Vision has a few metrics for measuring the growth of the senior cohort since 2010:
75+ Population 2010
85+ Population 2010
75+ Population Growth Rate Since 2010
How add metrics to your portal
These metrics are not enabled by default in your analyses. To add these metrics, you can reach out to a Client Success Manager who will be happy to turn them on for you. Metrics can be enabled on your account free of charge.
Examples
Once the metrics are enabled, you'll need to re-run any existing analyses to populate the metric (metric data is 'frozen-in-time' when you complete your analysis). For any new analyses you create from this point forward, the historical metrics will be included!
