Who is authorized to submit listings?

The submission of listings is a feature available exclusively to brokers, and may include individual buildings or portfolios (a collection of buildings).

โ€‹Who can access Real Estate Listings?
Real Estate Listings allows brokers to list senior housing real estate and connect them directly with prospective buyers through the NIC MAP Vision platform. Organizations classified as developers, operators, private equity, or REITs are flagged as prospective buyers in our system, so they can view real time real estate listings as they are uploaded by brokers.

โ€‹Why is access to Real Estate Listings limited to brokers and buyers only?
To maintain confidentiality during the selling process, our building listing capability is designed to make it possible for sellers to maximize the number of potential buyers that see their building(s), while preserving the confidentiality that is crucial to the selling process. Parties interested in buying properties listed, will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before the broker discloses the identity of the seller and of the building.
