Local Property Search report focused on property-level details.

The Property Information Report is available for any property located within the 140 metro markets tracked by NIC MAP and is one of three report types available through Local Property Search.

To access the Property Information Report, search or zoom into your area of interest and click any colored facility pin. Once the pin "pop-up" summary appears, click the "View Property Information Report" hyperlink. This will open the report in a new browser tab.

Additionally, you can also access a Property Information Report by clicking the small drop-down arrow beside the facility name on the left "Select Properties" list of facilities in the market area then clicking "Property Information Report" at the bottom of the pane.

The Property Information Report hosts several different types of datasets, all pertinent to the property or surrounding market area, each broken down into a separate tab.

Property fields included are:

  • Address

  • Metro

  • County

  • Operator

  • Property Type

  • Property Status

  • Community Type

  • Payment Type

  • Profit Status

  • Property Age

  • Unit Count

  • Date Opened

  • Website

Additional data charts are included inclusive of demographic data sourced by ESRI, an existing inventory directory, construction activity, property transaction history, and hospital supply data reported by Medicare.gov. When viewing a Skilled Nursing facility Property Information Report, Hospitalization and Rehospitalization rates from Point Right Care will display on the "Quality Metrics" tab.

Custom demographic cohorts and income segments can be specified by clicking the "Custom Cohort Demographics." The custom cohorts can display for a 5-mile or 10-mile radius can be exported to excel.

Note that the information found in this report as well as additional data points can be exported by clicking Excel or PDF by clicking the respective buttons in the top right of the report. Additionally, choose the "Run PAR" option to process a Property Advisor Report focused on the area surrounding your chosen facility.
