Industry Insight in NIC MAP Vision provides a searchable database of 30,000+ Senior Housing properties nationwide with detailed property information including Operator, bed/unit count, and building/lot size. Each property record in Industry Insight also includes a number of Contacts (email, phone, and or LinkedIn address) related to the Operator of the property. These contacts will range from property-level employees to executives in the C-Suite.
Use cases for Industry Insight include partner identification for senior living vendors and lenders and competitive profiling for operators, investors, and REITs.
How to search the Industry Insight Database
Industry Insight can be accessed on the sidebar of NIC MAP Vision by clicking on the Industry button.
Industry Insight data is filterable to include properties in a certain state/MSA, of a certain size, in a particular stage of construction -- or can even be used to generate a full list of properties for an Operator that you identify. Contact data is also filterable by level and/or functional group to narrow your targeted outreach. Use multiple filters in tandem to target the properties and contacts that make most sense for your use case.
Industry Insight data is broken into four distinct tabs that are each exportable. The data that appears in each tab depends on the selections you make in the Filters:
Buildings lists all properties that are open that meet your filter criteria. In markets covered by NIC MAP market data, properties that are expanding or under construction will also be included. Properties can be viewed in list format or by where they appear on a map.
Construction details a list of any AA/IL/AL/MC/NC properties that are under construction that meet your filter criteria. Properties in the Construction tab are sourced from Dodge Data & Analytics and BuildCentral and each project is assigned a Stage to indicate how far the project has progressed. These are tracked from pre-planning until project completion. The Stages are defined if you hover over a specific stage in the filter drop down list. Properties under construction can also be viewed by list or map format.
Contacts: all individuals related to the Buildings / Operators in the search results. This will include position, email, phone number, and LinkedIn address for each contact if available.
Contacts are filterable by Level and Functional Group on the Home Page Filters. Level will allow you to filter the list of contacts by their position on the organizational hierarchy and Functional Group will represent an area of expertise.
Contacts are further filterable by Email Confidence Score under the Contacts tab. Our contact data partners use a numerical score out of 100 to indicate the accuracy of the data collected. The best possible contacts will have a score above 85.
Operators: a comprehensive list of operators related to the properties found in the Buildings tab. This list can be filtered to just one operator by using the Operator Details filter.
