After you have completed an analysis, you can click on the Reports button to view or print several different types of reports.

To view shortcuts to several report options, click the arrow beside the blue “Reports” button.

Raw Data Download: To download an unformatted Excel table of raw data, click “Raw Data Download.” The unformatted excel table contains a value for each metric for every site and market area in your analysis. This format is useful to create pivot tables or graphics of select metrics.

KML Export: This format will convert the raw data table into a file compatible with other geospatial platforms, such as Google Earth.

Custom Report: If your team has had a custom report created, you can download the excel report for any analysis by clicking “Download Custom Report.” If you would like to develop a custom report for your team, contact VisionLTC through Intercom or email.

Click the blue Reports button to access other report types, including the Portfolio Average Report. This report option will create a PDF or excel report comparing the average of the target sites against the selected benchmark, based on your desired report template. This is helpful for analyzing sites as a singular portfolio value. Download the Portfolio Average Report by clicking “Portfolio Average Report” beside the site search bar.

Site Detail Report

If you would like to download the information for a specific site in the analysis, click the “View Details” button beside your desired site. This will open the Site Detail Report functionality.

The drop-downs at the top of the report control the layout and data displayed on the template below.

Choose which site, market area, and report template you would like to view by using the drop-down lists at the top of the Site Detail page. Clicking “Site Report” will download the selected report template for the unique site and buffer area in PDF form. Clicking “Raw Data” will download an unformatted Excel table of the specific site and market area.
