Reach the Client Success Team quickly for any assistance you may need.

If you have a question, need instructions, or want to get in contact with the VisionLTC team for any reason, the fastest way to reach us in through our chat functionality, Intercom. You can find Intercom by clicking the circular blue Intercom icon in the bottom portion of the left sidebar.

Click “New Conversation” and type your message to reach us. Once you click enter, the VisionLTC Client Success Team will get a notification and email. We typically reply within a few minutes if you reach out between 8:00am and 8:00pm EST. If you reach out to us outside of those hours, we will respond, the next business day.

Luckily, while you’re waiting for a response, the Intercom system contains links to Help Center articles relevant to your inquiry. Our Help Center has many articles to walk you through the platform and explain where our data originates.

Additionally, Intercom features a display of the current system status. If there are any known system outages or ongoing maintenance, the bottom portion of the Intercom window will relay the message. You can click into the status section to view details and metrics on VisionLTC’s system performance.
