Exporting Analysis Data

There are several options for exporting data from VisionLTC, based on the format and specific site details you would like to view. The below guidelines walk through the details of each type of analysis export and the steps to obtain that export.

Raw Data Download & Other Multi-Site Data Exports

If you’d like to export data for multiple sites at once to use in manual calculations, pivot tables, or to feed into other models, you will find the most benefit to the Raw Data Download. This export will provide an unformatted excel sheet with every metric in your system calculated for each site and market area in your analysis. Each row represents a unique site and market area. Each column represents a unique metric in your system.

Other multi-site exports include:

  • KML Export: This format will convert the raw data table into a file compatible with other geospatial platforms, such as Google Earth.

  • Custom Report: If your team has had a custom report created, you can download the excel report for any analysis by clicking “Download Custom Report.” If you would like to develop a custom report for your team, contact VisionLTC through Intercom or email.

To access these exports once you've run an analysis, click the arrow beside the blue “Reports” button. This will cascade a list of the available multi-site data exports to pick from.

Site-Specific Data Exports

To download data for a specific site and market area, the site detail reports will give you a full profile for the site in question. This export, in PDF or XLS form, includes selected metrics in a customizable report format, competition data, construction projects and costs, quality survey history, and labor data. To learn more about customizing the layout of the report format, please read this article.

Choose "Reports" in the top header then click "Download PDF" or "Download XLS" to download a copy of the site's report. Unchecking the boxes beside any of the page names will exclude that page from your export.

Note: The Excel Report will not include metric charts.
