Welcome to NIC MAP Vision, we’re glad you’re here. In order to become proficient with the Market Insight tool, we highly recommend you take a few minutes and read each of the following Help Center articles.

If you haven't done so already, we highly recommend you meet with one of our Analysts for a training session. There's no cost to join a training session. Email us at support@nicmapvision.com to get one scheduled today or sign up for a NIC MAP Vision 101 session on the homepage Data Calendar.

How to Change Your Password (This link shows you how)

When you log-in for the first time you’ll want to change your password, which can be done by accessing your Account Settings.

What’s Shared with Your Team Members? (Click link to read more)

Some of the information on your portal is automatically shared with your team members, and some information is private to you. Groups and Report templates are automatically shared with your colleagues, but analyses and the data associated with them are private to each user until sharing is activated.

Getting Started with Groups (This guide shows you step-by-step)

You probably have a few sites that you work with regularly; these could include a portfolio that you own/manage, new development opportunities that you’re under contract for, or acquisitions that are under review. Groups give you the ability to save these locations, and any location for that matter, inside of NIC MAP Vision.

You need to set-up Groups to get maximum value from NIC MAP Vision. They are reference in virtually every module in the platform: Analyses, Explorer, Labor, Marketing and more.

Analyses are at the core of the platform and is likely where you’ll spend the majority of your time. There are seven (7) analysis types for you to work with, ranging from an Individual Site Evaluation to a Nationwide Evaluation.

Understand how to access the robust data calculated from your analyses in several report and raw download formats.
