When you are "boots on the ground" at a prospective site or in a new market area, you can use the VisionLTC system in real-time to evaluate existing competitors and new construction via our mobile application.

How do you access the VisionLTC Mobile App?

To access the app, head to your mobile device's app store and search "VisionLTC." The app has our white and blue logo as the application icon. You can also use these links to go straight to the download option for both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Any VisionLTC user has access to the mobile app, at no additional charge. Use your traditional username and password to log-in to the app. If you or a team member would like to create additional users, please reach out to the VisionLTC team at Support@VisionLTC.com.

What’s Included in the App?

Once you’re logged into the app, you’ll be brought to the Explorer map screen where you can view existing supply and construction/pipeline data. Simply type in a location in the search bar at the top of the screen to view supply and pipeline data anywhere in the country. To filter supply by product type, click the filter button at the top right-hand side of the screen and select which product types you’d like to view on the map. You can also choose to include or exclude Pipeline Projects.

To view property-level data for existing supply, simply click on any of the house icons presented in the map view. To view Pipeline Project data, click on any of the crane icons presented in the map view. All fields that you are accustomed to seeing in the web application for existing supply and construction/pipeline data can also be viewed in the mobile app.
