Gather financial and psychographic data on your communities' current residents to improve decision-making processes.

Resident Insight is a tool that helps you create financial and psychographic profiles of the actual residents in your communities. With this information, your organization will be equipped to better understand who your residents are (financial/psychographic data) and what their preferences are (mosaics).

This data contains aggregated, deidentified information on:

  • Household Income

  • Net Worth

  • Net Assets

  • Investment Assets

  • Household Deposits

  • Mortgage Balance

  • Equity Balance

  • Checking Account Balance

  • Savings Account Balance

  • Securities

  • Mosaic USA® Customer Segmentation

So what, how can I use this data?

The financial and psychographic data can be used to better understand drivers of a buildings successes and failures – if a project is struggling, then you can see what type of resident’s are living in the building and then adjust your marketing strategies to attract different profiles. If a project is succeeding, then you can use that resident profile as a benchmark for other properties and you can use the financial profile as search criteria (in your analyses) for future projects.

What's required to make this work?

The only resident-specific information that is required is their full name, date of birth, move-in date and apartment/room number. The rest of the required information is about the facility that they live in (i.e. community address). You have the ability to process POA/Next of Kin through this process too, and if you choose to do so, would need to provide full name and address information for those individuals.

This is sensitive information you're collecting, how is it protected?

We have created a HIPAA compliant process that ensures all of your resident’s information is protected and encrypted, and have HIPAA compliant procedures in place to ensure that no unauthorized individuals can see or access their data. Our team members have completed HIPAA compliance training and understand the importance of data security.
