The Resident Origin Zips Report is available with a Resident Origin subscription. This report allows you to choose a senior housing property from our national database and generate a list of zip codes that are representative of the prior address of residents living in that property.

To run the Resident Origin Zips Report Task, navigate to Utilities > Tasks > Resident Origin Zips Report. You’ll need to give your Task a name, as well as select the State, County, and Community you want to examine further. Click the Run Task button and download your report when it completes generation in the My Tasks window.

The file as presented will contain a simple percentage distribution of residents by ZIP code, along with the City and State name that corresponds with that ZIP code.
