The Pipeline Report Task creates a list of properties under construction within each site and market area combination of any completed analysis in your portal. This is very similar to how the Competition Report displays supply data within each site and market area combination.

To run the task, navigate to Utilities > Tasks > Pipeline Report. You will need to give your Pipeline Report a name and choose the underlying analysis you wish to receive pipeline data for. Click the Run Task button and download your report when it completes generation in the My Tasks window.

The file as presented will contain each filed that can be viewed in both the Site Detail Report Pipeline Tab, as well if you click a Pipeline property in Explorer mode. This task can be helpful for macro-level construction analysis.
